Drew Piraino has played with Sonna (Temporary Residence/Static Caravan), The Big Huge (Secret Eye) and Will Oldham (Drag City/Palace). After moving to New York from Baltimore he took a serious break from music and a serious dip into medicinal thc, psychedelics and marriage.This is his first release as Vibrantlight. Swirling synths and layered guitars chime over barely audible drenched vocals. With Vibrantlight, Piraino takes the instrumentation and melodies of his youth slows them down and drops them into a dark well.
